Emily Vancamp as Sharon Carter in “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”

Here’s an example of what we call a “soft no”. Sharon turns down Steve’s offer in a way that’s meant not to insult him but never actually uses the word “no”.

Steve clearly gets the message, though, and importantly offers to leave her alone. Sharon’s comment afterwards gives him an opportunity to try again later, but he doesn’t press and respects her rejection of his company even though it’s probably hurt his feelings a bit.

Just in case you ever wonder “What would Captain America do?”; there you go.

never do something steve rogers wouldn’t do.

Unless it’s jumping out of a plane without a parachute, you probably shouldn’t do that

That time Peter Parker was trained by Natasha Romanoff.

It’s a spider thing

It’s a spider thing

Don’t you love how Peter can do it with his calves but Natasha has to use her inner thighs. This whole equality thing is great.

Thighs are stronger than calves, and you can get a tighter grip, as well as have a higher chance of breaking things. Peter was intending to disarm, Natasha was ready to kill. Natasha is a trained assassin, and Peter is a student who works for a newspaper.
Given their backgrounds and experiences, it would be UNequal to have Peter using skills and disarming tactics that Natasha was trained to do so.

So yes, this whole equality thing is great.

Ahh quick (and messy -_-”) sketch for Sousuke’s b-day.

I remembered too late (well I know his bday but that it was the 12th already when I decided to draw something for him kinda escaped me orz) and I work the whole weekend so not much time to begin with, but I still wanted to post something on that day.

First time drawing Rin as well (sorry I messed you up, Rin ;_;”), but I wanted him to be in the picture…

hmm maybe I will draw something better  for him tomorrow
